Delete your MUHRIVO account
You are always in control of your account and data. You can delete both directly inside the mobile app.
Delete from the app
- 1 Open Settings
- 2 Go to Privacy & Security
- 3 Tap Delete account and confirm

What registered-account deletion removes
Deleting a registered account permanently removes the following from MUHRIVO:
- User account
- Company profile
- Projects
- Inspections
- Findings
- Uploaded photos
- Signatures
- Report records
- Subscription metadata retained by MUHRIVO
Guest users
If you use MUHRIVO as a guest, you can remove your locally stored guest data from the same Privacy & Security screen.
Store transaction records
Apple or Google may retain transaction records in accordance with their own legal and accounting requirements. Those records are held by the app stores, not by MUHRIVO, and are outside our control.
Backups & retention
After deletion, residual copies may persist temporarily in encrypted backups and then expire according to our infrastructure provider's standard retention schedule. We do not claim instantaneous removal from every backup.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to sign in or reach the deletion screen, contact us and we will help you delete your account and data.
