Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use MUHRIVO. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements and are using MUHRIVO for professional purposes.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you permit to use it complies with these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse MUHRIVO, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law, upload unlawful content, or use MUHRIVO to infringe others' rights.

User-generated field evidence

You retain ownership of the projects, findings, photographs, signatures, and reports you create ("your content"). You are responsible for your content and for having the necessary rights and permissions to capture and store it, including any images of property or people. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, and display your content to provide the service.

Professional judgment

MUHRIVO is a tool to help you capture and organize evidence and produce reports. It does not perform inspections or make professional determinations. You remain solely responsible for your professional judgment, for verifying findings, and for the accuracy and completeness of the reports you produce and share.

MUHRIVO reports do not constitute legal, engineering, safety, insurance, or regulatory certification. Any decision based on a report is your responsibility.

AI-assisted content

MUHRIVO may offer optional AI-assisted features, such as improving rough notes or suggesting clearer wording. AI-assisted output is a suggestion only and may contain errors. You must review and approve all AI-assisted content before relying on or sharing it. You remain responsible for the final content of your reports.

Subscription billing

MUHRIVO offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Public subscriptions and billing are not yet available; no charge is made through this website. When paid subscriptions launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase and processed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Renewals & cancellation

When subscriptions become available, paid plans may renew automatically for the period you select unless cancelled. You will be able to cancel through your app-store account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Applicable store and consumer-law refund rules apply.

Intellectual property

MUHRIVO, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you rights in our marks or software except the limited right to use the app as intended.

Third-party services

MUHRIVO relies on third-party services, including authentication and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service availability

We aim to keep MUHRIVO available and reliable, including through offline-first functionality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUHRIVO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of MUHRIVO. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Account termination

You may stop using MUHRIVO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users. You can delete your account and data as described on our Account Deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MUHRIVO is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
