Information you provide

MUHRIVO ("we", "us") collects information you choose to provide when you create an account, use the app to conduct inspections, and contact us. The categories below describe what we collect and why.

Account information

When you register, we collect information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, company name, and role. If you use MUHRIVO as a guest, account information is not created and your data is stored locally on your device.

Project & inspection data

As you work, MUHRIVO stores the content you create: projects, inspections, findings, categories, locations, statuses, priorities, corrective actions, and related notes. This is the core evidence you use MUHRIVO to organise.

Photos & signatures

You may attach photographs to findings and capture inspector and optional client signatures. MUHRIVO does not intentionally use photograph location metadata: the app does not request location permission and does not read EXIF data. Whether metadata remains embedded in uploaded image files is currently being verified. We process this media so it can be organised against your findings and included in the reports you generate.

Device & diagnostic information

MUHRIVO does not use analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs, and we do not build behavioral or advertising profiles from your use of the app. Our infrastructure provider (Supabase) automatically retains standard service logs — such as request timestamps and error logs — as part of operating the platform; these are used only to run and secure the service, not to track you.

Authentication providers

If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider, that provider shares limited information with us (such as a unique identifier and email) to establish your account. Your use of the provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Cloud infrastructure

MUHRIVO uses Supabase to host your account, project, and inspection data, and to power sign-in and synchronisation across your devices. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in as described above. Once paid subscriptions launch, Google Play Billing will process your payment and RevenueCat will manage subscription status on our behalf — neither MUHRIVO nor RevenueCat receives your card details. This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard web request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the beta and contact forms from abuse.

Why we process information

We process information to: provide and operate the app; sync and back up your work; generate and share reports; secure accounts and prevent abuse; provide support; and improve reliability and features. We do not sell your personal information.

Data sharing

We share information only as needed to operate MUHRIVO: with infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf; when you choose to share a report; and where required by law. Reports you generate and share are disclosed at your direction.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Deleted content is removed on the schedules described in the Account Deletion section and on our Account Deletion page.

Your controls

You can access and update much of your information within the app. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data export

MUHRIVO provides options to export your data, including generating report documents. Where applicable law grants a right to data portability, we will provide your personal information in a portable format on request.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data from the app under Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account. Guest users can remove locally stored guest data from the same screen. Residual copies may persist temporarily in encrypted backups and expire on our provider's retention schedule. See the Account Deletion page for full detail.

Security safeguards

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls and account separation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

MUHRIVO is a professional tool intended for use by adults in a work context. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can address it.

International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as MUHRIVO evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "last updated" date, and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
